    Solution

Let the total score by all the team members is \(t\) and the total score by the other 7 members is \(x\).

From the given information we can get,

    \(\frac{t}{4}+\frac{2 t}{7}+15+x=t\)........(i)

We also get from the information, \(x \leq 14\)

    Simplifying eq (i),

    \(x+15=\frac{13}{28} t\)

    So, \(28 x+28 \cdot 15=13 t\)

Since \(t\) is necessarily divisible by 28.

    Let \(t=28 y\), where \(y \geq 0\) and divided by 28.

    So,  \(x+15=13 y\)......(ii)

    It is clear that, \(y=2\).

    Then \(t\) will be 56.

So, from eq (ii), value of \(x\) will be 11.
